It is with our decades of experience that we can resource oil and gas industry personnel through a dedicated human resource function. Our human resource manager will take detailed information about your requirements and match those requirements with our team of Comp’Ex’ qualified electricians and electrical engineers who also possess Comp’Ex’ 01-04 gas vapour and 05-06 combustible dusts training. In addition to their high levels of skills and specialised training, the personnel we have available are trained and updated regularly on legislative changes, health and safety requirements, PPE requirements and client and site specific requirements.

All personnel are required to take mandatory drug and alcohol testing, submit their medical history and take regular fitness tests.

All personnel hold full UK driving licences and are briefed on site vehicle safety and usage of site vehicles.

All personnel are acclimatised to working unusual shift patterns, away from home and in hazardous environments. They are invariably flexible and are able to commit to a project without fuss and mobilize themselves at short notice.

Once the project is up and running, our human resource function is regularly and readily in contact with site personnel. In addition to a site supervisor to monitor progress and performance, our human resource manager requires project updates and identifies anomalies in training, development and performance.
